Technical requirements

A computer or other device such as a tablet or smartphone is required.
It is recommended using Google Chrome with the newest update. However, the Platform is also accessible via Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Please note that the use of Internet Explorer and Safari is not recommended, as these are not a reliable browser for the conference Platform.
It is advised that you have a 5 – 10 MB/s connection speed so that live streamed videos run smoothly. You can check your connection here (https://www.speedtest.net).
Please note that live stream bandwidth is automatically adapted to user connectivity by the video player.
Logging into your VPN when accessing the Congress Platform should be avoided, as this can slow down your bandwidth and impact the live streaming content.
It is recommended to disable ad blockers that may prevent the loading of content and the opening of new tabs.
Firewalls may limit the speed or block some connections. It is recommended to check the connection and do the stream test available in the navigation menù of this Virtual Platform (Test your internet connection) before attending the event.
The streaming is automatically adapted to the resolution that your device can ensure. If you want to change the resolution of the streaming manually, you can select the resolution that better suits your device at the bottom of the streaming window.

The Platform will remain open to registered participants until July 11, 2022, to allow attendees to find Congress resources, including on-demand video recordings, in an easy and familiar way.
Regarding the Industry Program, please note that, as requested by some companies, part of the contents and materials will not be available on-demand.
Live sessions are accessible by clicking on the “Live now” buttons from the Lobby or from the upper menu bar.
Each live-streamed session is available on-demand on this Virtual Platform 24 hours after it has aired live.

In sessions including live Q&A moments, you are invited to submit questions to speakers through the dedicated chat tool. Questions are selected by the chairs and posed to the speakers according to the session schedule.

Scientific Program & My Program

The Scientific Program can be downloaded from our website (www.icml.ch) as a PDF file or can be accessed by clicking on the “Scientific Program” button in the Lobby of this Virtual Platform. The Scientific Program can be filtered by day, by speaker and by session type.
The Abstract and the Educational books are accessible through the upper menu bar.
Yes, the "My Program" tool allows you to save your favorite sessions to your schedule and download them in your personal agenda.
Yes. The E-Poster Gallery is accessible by clicking the “E-Poster Gallery” button from the Lobby. E-Posters can be filtered by title, by category and by presenter. Posters can be downloaded as a PDF file.

Congress material

The Abstract and Educational Books are available on the ICML website (www.icml.ch) and on this Virtual Platform, from the upper menu bar.
Yes, you can download abstracts directly from the Wiley website, accessible from this Virtual Platform and from the ICML website (www.icml.ch).
Each live-streamed session is available on-demand on this Virtual Platform 24 hours after it has aired live.
Please note that, as requested by some companies, part of the Industry Program contents and materials will not be available on-demand.
Yes, the virtual delegate bag is available from the upper menu bar and provides a complete overview of the Industry program and the Virtual exhibition area. In addition, information and materials on future meetings, educational programs and scientific publications are available.

Virtual Exhibition Area and Satellite symposia

The virtual exhibition area will be accessible from June 16 at 10:00 a.m. (CEST). Companies that have signed up for the "Visit&Ask" tool will allow participants to chat with them during the Congress hours from June 19 to 22. This tool is available through the chat icon on the company dedicated page. The chat is active if an operator is present, alternatively you can send an email.
The Satellite Symposia are all scheduled on June 18, while “The Big Debate” will take place on June 21.
