17-ICML participants will be able to download the certificate of attendance from the Conference Platform (“My Profile” section) from June 17, after having filled out the evaluation form.

17-ICML is not accredited with European CME.

There is no App for the 17-ICML. The Conference Platform is the only tool through which participants (on-site and virtual) will find all Conference-related contents.
The Conference Platform will remain open to registered participants until December 15, 2023, to allow attendees to find Conference resources, including on-demand video recordings.
Regarding the Industry Program, please note that, as requested by some companies, part of the contents and materials may not be available on-demand.

For online attendees: you can submit your questions to the faculty members by using the chat tool on the right of the live streaming page related to the session you are following. Questions will be selected by the chairs and submitted to the speakers. The same tool is available for Polls.
For on-site attendees: To send a question or answer to a Poll you will need to scan the QR code displayed on the screen during Q&A/Polls. You will be directly led to the relevant Q&A/Poll tool on the Conference Platform.
Questions can also be asked live in the room where the session is taking place.

Yes, the "My Program" tool allows you to save your favorite sessions to your schedule and download them in your personal agenda.

A computer or other device such as a tablet or smartphone is required.
It is recommended using Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge, with the newest update. Please note that the use of Internet Explorer is not supported.

It is advised that you have a 5 – 10 MB/s connection speed so that live streamed videos run smoothly. You can check your connection here (https://www.speedtest.net).
Please note that live stream bandwidth is automatically adapted to user connectivity by the video player.

Logging into your VPN when accessing the Conference Platform should be avoided, as this can slow down your bandwidth and impact the live streaming content.

It is recommended to disable ad blockers that may prevent the loading of content and the opening of new tabs.

Firewalls may limit the speed or block some connections. It is recommended to check the connection and do the stream test available in the navigation menu of the Conference Platform (Test your internet connection).

The streaming is automatically adapted to the resolution that your device can ensure. If you want to change the resolution of the streaming manually, you can select the resolution that better suits your device at the bottom of the streaming window.

Session cookies are mandatory.

The Scientific Program can be navigated in our website (www.icml.ch) or can be accessed by clicking on the “Scientific Program” button in the Lobby of the Conference Platform. The Scientific Program can be filtered by day, by speaker and by session type.
The Abstract and the Educational books are accessible from both the Conference Platform and the website.
For on-site attendees, the Scientific Program is also available in printed format (Program Book). A printed copy of the Educational Book is included in the delegate bag distributed on-site.

Yes, the “E-Poster Gallery” is accessible from June 14 at 8:30 on the Conference Platform. E-Posters can be filtered by title, by category and by presenter. Posters can be viewed full screen or downloaded as pdf documents.
For on-site attendees, poster presentations will be held in the Marquee.
The poster session opening hours are:
- Wednesday June 14 (12:00 – 18:00)
- Thursday June 15 and Friday June 16 (10:00 – 18:00)
Authors will be present in front of their posters from 12:30 to 13:00 for discussion with interested attendees on Thursday June 15 (odd-numbered posters) and Friday June 16 (even-numbered posters).

The virtual exhibition area will be accessible from June 9 at 8:30.
For on-site attendees, the Exhibition Area is open from Wednesday June 14 to Friday June 16 from 10:00 to 18:00 in the Marquee.

For on-site attendees, Independent Satellite Symposia will take place on Tuesday, June 13 and in the late afternoon of Wednesday 14, Thursday 15 and Friday 16.
The symposia will be performed in-person and streamed live via the Conference Platform, while recordings will be available on-demand after the Conference (unless otherwise requested) until Friday, December 15, 2023.
The Symposia will be open to all participants registered to the Conference, but both physical and virtual attendance to each symposium may be restricted by the organizing Company's own policies.

The Abstract and Educational Books are available on the ICML website (www.icml.ch) and on the Conference Platform, accessible from the upper menu bar. For on-site attendees, the Program Book and the Educational Book are also available in printed format.

Yes, you can download abstracts directly from the Wiley website, accessible from the Conference Platform and from the ICML website (www.icml.ch).

For online participants, a virtual delegate bag is accessible from the upper menu bar and provides a complete overview of the Industry Program and the Virtual exhibition area. In addition, information and materials on future meetings, educational programs and scientific publications are available.
For on-site attendees, after collecting the badge at the Registration or at the self-check-in Desks you may pick up a delegate bag available at the cloakroom, by showing the badge paper. In the delegate bag, on-site participants will also find a printed copy of the Education Book.

All participants will be able to download the certificate of participation after completing the evaluation form, available on the Conference Platform in the My Profile section.

17-ICML is not accredited with European CME.

For online participants: A live chat connecting participants to ICML staff is available during the Conference days for any kind of assistance. The live chat icon is displayed on every page of the Conference Platform.
